Rothwells Super Travel is a name synonymous with quality service and reliability that has been a proud part of Heywood’s history for over 70 years.
The business was founded by George Ribchester way back in 1946. In 1952, he bought E Rothwell Ltd and then in 1961 he bought Smiths Coaches Tottington Ltd. George is in this picture standing in the doorway of the coach.
To this day, Rothwells Super Travel is still owned and run by the Ribchester family.
We don't just do day trips
We are a friendly reliable family run coach company which deals with School contracts, Private hire, Day Excursions, European travel, corporate travel, holidays, sporting fixtures and lots more.
All of our coaches are maintained to the highest standard with friendly experienced drivers.
